PrimeMosaic
PrimeMosaic is an innovative end-to-end solution used to create, design and manage interactive video mosaics from existing live TV channels for satellite, cable and IPTV operators.
Characteristics
It constructs a single MPEG/IP transport stream that includes a video stream with up to 20 audio channels. It is the ideal solution for creating multi-feed applications, on-demand video promotions, and a large range of video portals (local channels, sports/kids, news, ...).
The PrimeMosaic solution can be provided with
- An interactive application for navigation, synchronized audio and additional information (EIT, XML,..).
- An authoring tool for the operator to independently customize in real time the mosaic template/application with a drag and drop tool.
- A scheduler to program several mosaics using the same equipment (for instance the Kids mosaic in the morning and Movie mosaic in the evening).
- A cycling mechanism where the operator can cycle several pages of 20 mosaics to display a very large number of channels with limited bandwidth.
