httv has launched a range of dedicated services enabling operators to improve their customer relationships as well as making significant savings on related management costs. These services are available in all middlewares (OpenTV™, MediaHighway™ and MHP including IPTV).
httv provides the end to end service with the application and its authoring for the updates, the back-end servers, the SMS gateway if required and also the interface with the existing Information systems.

httv’s messaging service is a powerful marketing tool: The operator can address all its subscribers as well as a single individual with targeted messages. These could be for a targeted marketing campaign (special events, new channels, offers, etc.), for technical information, but also debt reminders for late payments.

This service enables subscribers to update their existing channel package using their TV RCU. Viewers can create their own package with the "a la carte" system or choose between the pre-packaged offers. Updating the customer’s account is immediate either through the return path or SMS. This service generates significant impulsive subscriptions to new offers.

ITV customer support service

The service provides viewers with on-line technical support, installation procedures, bug fixing and FAQs regarding decoders, set up, connections with TV, VCR, etc. Based on httv’s publishing solution PrimeTV™, the service can be created and modified by any graphic designer with no programming skills involved.

This service significantly improves customer service and can reduce hot-line support costs by up to 20%.

Invoicing management services

This service enables the viewer to access detailed invoice information on their digital package via their TV. Customers can retrieve old invoices, view a breakdown of the bill (PPP, internet, telephone,...) and update their bank and contact details.

This service generates significant savings for the operator (call centre, postage cost,...) and also improves customer satisfaction.

On-line iTV subscribers magazine

This service enables operators to create and manage their own iTV customer magazine. Updated on regular basis, with links from and to other iTV services/portals, the iTV subscriber’s magazine can become a very efficient promotional marketing tool.

Based on the PrimeTV™ tool, the iTV magazine can be created and managed by graphic designers.
