Who we are

History

httv is one of the leading international technology and solution provider for interactive digital TV.

httv was created in 1999 by 2 senior managers from Canal+ and OpenTV™ involved in the creation and the deployment of Mediahighway™ and OpenTV™ middlewares across Europe.

Head quartered in France in Grenoble in the Alps capital, with sales and marketing office in Paris, httv employs a large team of iTV and broadcast specialised engineers. httv is providing end to end solutions to deploy the whole range of interactive services across most digital TVmiddleware technologies: broadcast (OpenTV, NDS, MhP/OCAP, Irdeto...), IPTV and hybrid (HbbTV).

httv enables broadcasters, networks operators and content providers to benefit from the development of digital TV in order to offer to their customers a new range of interactive services and generate additional ARPU.

  • Software turnkey solution for STB: our “httvBOX” is an embedded software solution offering an extensive range of functionalities, including some innovative features such as: HbbTV, User based profil UI (kids UI), Personalized Mosaic, Push VOD, Catch-up TV, Online Enhanced EPG, OTT, etc.
  • Head-End Products: 
    • httvStream iTV: play-out solution of iTV services
    • httvStream EIT : play-out solution for EIT and EPG data
    • httvStreamHbbTV: a robust, cost effective DVB data streamer and real time multiplexer dedicated to hybrid interactive applications.
    • httvMosaic: video mosaic builder.
  • iTV Solutions 
    • PrimEPG : EPG solution to consolidate, edit and generate EPG info (EIT P/F, S, private data,..). 
    • PrimePush: head-end, STB client and back-office to enable Push-VOD services catch-up TV, profiled advertising insertion, Etc.
    • PrimeMosaic: video builder, application and authoring for end to end interactive video mosaic. 
    • PrimAudience: audience measurement solution for broadcast networks
